I am thinking about raising catfish and would appreciate any CW> ideas/hints/etc. you have. Since I have no idea what (if any) experience you have in raising catfish, it would not hurt to briefly remind you that the big problem in raising fish in small containers is keeping adequate oxygen in the water. Small air pumps designed for this purpose are available through marine supply stores. They are used in live-bait tanks in sport-fishing boats. Shade is also necessary in most parts of the country. Tanks must be made of food-grade material and provide a method for removing excess food. If you are referring to large tanks, considerable research has been done.
