There was much discussion about why one would want such a plant but don't remember any such alfalfa being reported. I just ran across a statement in Peaceful Valley's catalog description for TriosTriticale (Triticum X Secale) which is described as having an aggressive root system: "Use this crop to uptake excess nitrogen."
