Extensive instructions on how to convert between the two, convert to pounds/ounces/gallons, how to make and use solutions for testing nutrient fluids. Discussion of many types of techniques incluing comparison of aggregates worldwide. Weaknesses; does not give formulae for specific crops but has comments such as <.....need ample supplies of potassium, phosphorous and iron> and pH should be on the acid side. almost no comment on light levels Sources of prepared nutrient mixes: He suggests available in many countries (The makers also do a free leaflet with diagrams and instructions which is quite good for the home user with a square yard or so). i have used it with reasonable results (though I prefer a different product probably not available in the USA) Hydroponic Chemical Co.
