     The New Farm magazine has run several articles during the 
past few years on folks direct marketing organic beef and 
poultry.  Their phone number is 215-967-8405.  A person you may 
waant to contact here in Wisconsin is Dick Cates (608-588-2836). 
 Dick runs a mid-sized stocker operation and direct markets a 
smaller number of organic, grass-fed animals to folks in the 
Madison area.
