24479. I have seen his name attached to a lot of work on pastured poultry
and other sustainable poultry systems. While I have no direct information on
organic beef, one of my cooperators sells certified organic beef. He has
been very active in getting the Maryland Organic Food & Farming Assco. off
the ground and could be a good source of information.
