Thanks for the compliment; I hope it was helpful.

I replied to your personal address off-list, but I guess it didn't go through.

I would think that texts like Matt 28:19 which contain the "building blocks" for
trinitarian concepts influenced the Church Fathers who leaned in that direction,
but I doubt that any one text caused them to create the Johannine Comma. For
further info on these texts in the NT, see J. L. Garrett's _Christian Theology:
Biblical, Historical, Systematic_ [I'm uncertain about the exact title], vol. 1.
