Dear Scholars,
Could someone help me translate the first five words of this passage from
the Septuagint? I have no problem with the word meanings, but there is
something about the grammatical construction that I do not understand.
I hope the transliteration here is acceptable. It is from the Logos
Bible Software Greek text.

Septuaginta, (Deutsche Bibelgesellschaft Stuttgart) 1979.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
