RE: Monogenhs in LXX and YaChaD
Dear B-Greekers,
Greetings from windy Mississippi. I only get B-Greek Digest so I may
cover ground already covered by other messages.
I decided to check the references for YaChiyD in the Hebrew and to cross
reference it to the LXX. According to my concordance of the LXX
monogenhs only occurs 4 times. In the Hebrew YaChiyD occurs 12 times.
(Table below will only line up with a mono-spaced font.)

My sources are: The NIV Exhaustive Concordance, The Septuagint (Bagster/

this study I found several diescrepancies between my edition of the LXX
and the concordance by Morrish.
