I just opened the autumn-winter catalogue of Sheffield Academic Press and
saw on p.40 the announcement of the publication of your book.
Congratulations. The only problem I have--caused by the press--is the cost.
$82.50 is costly. I am curiouis about the argument you make. Do you by
chance have a precis or abstract that you would be willing to share?
And thanks for the anecdotal information about the pronunciation of Lampe.
