John,

I can only speak for myself and indicate that, though I am a
Christian, and thoroughly Reformed in my beliefs, and anxious for
genuine opportunities to proclaim the gospel, there are certain
modes of gospel presentation that I find quite offensive. I find
rudeness always offensive, whether it comes in the form of those
who accost me on the street, or those who spam me on my mailing
lists. Rude people are simply not good witnesses for Christ.

Zeal for Christ is a great thing, but there are inappropriate
times and places to express that zeal. Learn to discern, and
become a more effective witness for our Lord and Savior, for His
glory.

In Christ,
Jim Beale
