"Secondary witnesses" would refer to:

1. Quotes by Church Fathers
2. Early Translations (not the underlying MSS)
3. Early Lectionaries

Essentially, any "indirect" reference to the actual, "primary" MSS.

By definition, Greek manuscripts (biblical ones) are not
"secondary." So, No.

That's how I understand the term,
