Once again we fine the problem created by the fact that English has two
different meanings to the word "idiom", as pointed out by Steven Craig
Miller. Bullinger's collection is about idiomatic speech, figures of speech,
etc., but he does not have a category for true idioms, as defined by
grammarians today (Steven's meaning sense #1). As far as I know, there is no
book which focuses on idioms with this meaning sense #1, for NT Greek. That
is why it is necessary for some of us to stumble around some trying to see
if we can determine from lexical resources and the way authors worded
certain figurative expressions what might be true idioms (meaning sense #1,
not Bullinger's broader definition) in NT Greek.
