Romans 2:13-15 is shown by the KJV translators to be parenthetical to the
thought in v.12 and v.16. What would suggest the parenthesis? Is GAR in
v.13 used differently than in v.11 or v.12? If parenthetical, what from the
sentence structure indicates the thought in v.12 is completed in v.16? It
appears the Kurt Aland [and others] Text differs and makes vv.12-13 one
sentence and vv.14-16 another.
