hOU hEINEKEN seems to mean literally "on account of which, wherefore," and
can be translated simply as "because." The word hOU is the genitive object
of hEINEKEN, which is serving as a preposition. The object of hEINEKEN can
precede it or follow it. Here it precedes it. The two words together serve
as a conjunction. I got this information from Liddell & Scott's lexicon.
