I assume you are all basically saying that the Modern Greek pronunciation
of the H in HU is "ee," as Zodhiates would have it. Whether it's "eef" or
"eev" depends on the following consonant. This means that Modern Greek,
unlike "Erasmian," makes a pronunciation distinction between EU ("ef/ev")
and HU ("eef/eev").
