"the rules," once again... 5 pig scale, normalized to ole nc bbq,
a 2.5. no more than 4 pigs for anything in a restaurant. no more
than 3 pigs for anything lexington style.

once, in the woods of harnett county, i had a 4.5.

i used to rate ot's in apex at 3.8 before the preacher's son took
it over. if they'd chopped it just a little better and had just a tad
more chili in the sauce, i'da sprung for a 3.9. when the preacher's
son took it over, though, everything went to hell. it's been shut
down for a few years now.
