Carter came into North Carolina basically an athelete and left a basketball player. He didn't play defense his freshman year but has developed into an excellent defender. While most players as athletic as him shoot around 40%, Vince has shot at 50% the last two years and 49%as a freshman. What that proves is that when he isn't getting open looks he doesn't force shots and lets the game come to him. That is a rare skill that will be huge in the NBA. Oh, I forgot to mention Carter can rise up with anyone and has potential to get tons better. |

Athletically, he's outstanding. He could become a terrific defender in the NBA with his athletic ability. He does everything at a high level. He's a leaper. He has to work on his jump shooting and his ballhandling and develop a better feel for the game. He's a lottery pick. |
