Win32s library

I regret to tell you that Windows 3.1 is no longer leading-edge technology. Consequently, it is necessary to use the Win32s library to run the program under Windows 3.1. The program will not even start under under Windows 3.1 without installing the Win32s library.

Users with Windows 95 or NT can ignore this discussion, you do not need these files.

You can tell if you already have the 32 bit library installed by looking in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, if there is a subdirectory called WIN32S, then you already have the Win32s library. But if you don't have a relatively new library, things can get ugly, so you may want to take the library provided here.

Please see the "Necessary Help File" for installation instructions.
