Chuir Cúirt Dúiche Chill Mhaighneán fear faoi athchur (1) go dtí an 3 Feabhra chun a aitheantas a dhearbhú.(2) Nuair a bhí an fear gan ainm sa chúirt an tseachtain seo caite dúradh (3) leis an bhreitheamh go raibh seacht seoladh agus triúr ban aige.(4) Dhearbhaigh Garda gur tháinig triúr ban chuig stáisiún an Gharda le linn don fhear bheith ansin,(5) gach duine acu ag maíomh gurbh í bean chéile an fhir í.(6) Thug an fear seacht seoladh san iomlán agus ar seisean leis an Gharda. "Ní ghlacaim leis an dól (7)--tá mé féinfhostaithe agus brodúil as." Cuireadh faoi athchur é (8) le go dtiocfadh leis an Gharda (9) fiosruithe a dhéanamh faoina aitheantas. (10)
