A. GIGO is a student organization formed at and recognized by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, designed to educate students, faculty and public, in harmony with the University's mission, on how better to access and employ computing facilities, programs and resources. These resources are primarily, but not limited to, the Internet and related applications.
B. GIGO, as a student organization, consists primarily of registered, current students of the University. However, faculty, staff, and interested persons who are not directly related to the University are welcome to participate in GIGO activities and assist in shaping the direction of GIGO's mission.
