The organization doing this work is called:
	Ocean Arks International
	1 Locust Street
	Falmouth, MA 0254
	(508)-540-6801

or e-mail Beth Josephson @ bjosephs@hoh.mbl.edu
There is plenty of information available in the press, too. Try a search
at the library on "Solar Aquatics" or "Living Machines".

There are several facilities doing this type of remediation around the
United States. They are great places to visit ;-).
