Forage Crops for Dairy Grazing in Vietnam

I am presently doing research for a company that is developing a Model
Dairy Farm in the Central Highlands of Vietnam.  They are primarily
interested in forage crops that tend to do well in tropical climates.

Here is some info on the location:

Average temp: 21 deg. C.
Rainfall: 1700 mm/yr
Dry season: Nov-March   rain: 167 mm   temp: 10-30 deg. C.
Wet season: April-Oct    rain: 1458 mm   temp: 6-23 deg. C.
Humidity: 80-85%

Existing crops on the property include elephant grass, corn, tapioca, sugar
cane, sweet potatoes, soya beans, coffee, and rice.  We plan to primarily
graze rather than make hay because of economic and climactic reasons.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
