Re: Flooded/silted pastures



You may well want to contact the USDA Natural Resources Conservation 
Service, formerly the Soil Conservation Service.  Through the Emergency 
Watershed Protection Program they may be able to help remove some of the 
silt and restore the streams/rivers.
