I need to develop some ideas on forages for riparian zones that would 
be an alternative to the woody or shrubby type species and that would 
probably be more attractive to cattle farmers.

What do you think about including 5 lb of perennial ryegrass in mixes 
with other cool season grasses to help in establishment. 

These mixes will be used in the central and north/northeastern 
Kentucky area.

Any suggestions or insights would be welcome.
