Is there a relatively inexpensive way that one could process mulch 
hay to destroy weed seeds?  I have a grower who is interested in 
marketing mulch hay to the landscape market and the landscapers are 
asking him to eliminate weed seeds.  Is there a method/process to do 
this?  WHat does it cost per ton?  How effective is the process?
