Off hand I don't know where to tell you to look for the parts you need
(don't know your tractor model/make either)
we never bothered with a tractor for the amount of potatoes that
we grew for our extended family (3 households) while I was a kid,
if I remember right about 1/4 the area you are talking about,
any particular reason for that many?
we literally grew close to a ton a year in the rows we had.
we just used a Troy-bilt tiller with the hiller-furrower attachments
and followed up with a hoe as needed for weeding & spot hilling
might not work for you but a look at their tiller catolog should give
you (and your dealer) some ideas about what you're looking for
