Hi 

What sort of info are you after?  I'm based in the West Coast of Scotland 
right in the middle of Salmon farming country.  As for sturgeon, for 
caviar & flesh the French and Americans are going for it, for re-stocking 
the Americans and various former Russian states around the caspian sea. 
Ive got a large data base of scientific references on both so let me know 
what your after and ill forward them.
