The Call for Votes, CFV, for rec.gardens.ecosystems has been
posted by news.announce.newsgroups. Rec.gardens.ecosystems is
being proposed as a moderated newsgroup for the home gardener
following organic gardening or IPM and with a FAQ. The FAQ is
mostly complete but with some material in need of up-date or
correction, it does have a couple of sections that are still 
being drafted.
