Jindibah - an idyllic small coastal country ESD community

We are now seeking expressions of interest from five would-be shareholders
and residents for phase two of this intentional ESD community development.

We have planning approval for 12 dwellings to share this lovely 45Ha
(111-acre) coastal farming property, located near Byron Bay, NSW -
Australia's most easterly point.

Please visit our web site for further details:

Byron shire hosts a growing international community who love the sub
tropical sea-side climate. Plenty of sun and rainfall grows lush
vegetation.

Some overseas retirees live here permanently, others, sometimes for tax
reasons, make this their second home for six months of the year.

The scenery is spectacular and the area is the fourth most popular vacation
destination on the East Coast.

The Byron area has become Australia's center for the healing arts and
alternative therapies, frequently hosting visiting overseas spiritual
teachers.
The environment is supportive for those seeking harmony in their lives and
a balance between spiritual and temporal values.

Philosophically, property management at 'Jindibah' is about Ecologically
Sustainable Development (ESD), and using a permaculture approach where
appropriate. Planned tree crops will ensure that property maintenance
remains self funding and each dwelling site provides for self sufficiency.
Residents want their privacy and independence but enjoy participating in an
eco-village community. Decision making, wherever possible, is by consensus.

The real estate location is quietly rural, yet convenient - within easy
reach of three airports, five shopping towns, private and public schools, a
university, transport and many excellent beaches where surfers share the
waves with dolphins.
