Thailand:  

Wow.  I know nothing about CSAs in Southeast Asia (whether because it is not
yet happening, despite - as I understand it -  the initiation of the concept
in relatively nearby Japan, or because I just haven't heard) but I sure look
forward to the conversation that is likely to follow from Dave's query.
