24479. I have seen his name attached to a lot of work on pastured poultry
and other sustainable poultry systems. While I have no direct information on
organic beef, one of my cooperators sells certified organic beef. He has
been very active in getting the Maryland Organic Food & Farming Assco. off
the ground and could be a good source of information.

Try getting a hold of Tillers, International in Kalamazoo, MI.  Also, Drew
Conroy at Univ.of New Hampshire- Durham has published several books and I
think a video.  You might also try a local farm history museum, or Small
