Manuel, If it is of any help, I have recently developed a new type of
windmill that is extremely inexpensive to build, and has properties that
makes it particularly suited for water pumping. Water can be purified by
first cycleing it through non-edible crops that can be used for fibre and
animal feed etc. Wind energy can also be used to stir the resevoir for
aeration. Water can also be pumped through filters. I believe you may have
good wind on the western side of the country. If you are interested in
more detail of my wind system, please e-mail me. Robert Green.
