WHO WE ARE

Friends of the Trees Society is dedicated to doubling the world's forests. This involves doubling the area covered by trees; doubling the number of trees; and, most importantly, doubling the weight of the world's forest biomass.

Friends of the Trees Society's mission is to inspire, enable, educate, and assist people to live in harmony with forests and trees.

Friends of the Trees Society's mission is to publish positive visions of a sustainable world and strategies to get there. There are solutions to world deforestation and the Society describes them through publications, courses and events.
Friends of the Trees Society operates at local, regional, national and international levels.

Located in Bellingham, Washington, the Friends of Trees offers programs, seminars, and information around the year to interested people
