Hideki grows organic? plums (sells dried salted plums), and citrus I
think... who is just starting a correspondence course with us.

Marguerite teaches English at a university in Japan (she's American).  Did
a PDC in Australia at Crystal Waters.  She helped organise a teaching visit
by Skye of Earthcare Education to Japan.
