I am attempting to develop a monitoring plan to evaluate the
effectiveness of agricultural best management practices in reducing non-point
source pollution of our inland and coastal waterways.
Specific objectives are the evaluation of the extent to which the
practices have been implemented, maintained and operated and the development
of a complete picture of water quality.
I am interested to learn if any of you have had experience dealing
with this issue and, if so, I would be grateful for any help that you could
provide.
