I'm in the preliminary stage of developing a small publication on making
value-added agricultural products (e.g. salsa, jams, olives, etc.) for
sale. (I'm working with the Small Farm Center at the University of
California at Davis and an agricultural extension office.)
I'm writing to ask if anyone is aware of any publications, web sites,
etc. on this subject.
