I am an organic market gardener in southern Alberta and am trying
cover crops and green manures for the first time this year. I seed
most of my vegies with an Earthway Precision Seeder, available in most
seed catalogs. I tried to seed yellow sweet clover with a variety of
disks, but the drill kept plugging up.
I'm wondering if anyone has experience with seeding clover, especially
on a small scale (1/2 acre or so). Could you help me? Or better yet,
if someone knows how to use the Precision Seeder: how did you seed
clover with it? Thanks!
