I am an Agricultural Extension agent in south central Pennsylvania working with
my county government on a municipal solid waste (MSW) composting facility.
There are many questions associated with establishing a facility like this, and
I would like to learn more.

Does anyone know of any research reports or sources of information on MSW
composting as it pertains to agriculture? What concerns might
there be in using MSW for agricultural production? Any help would be
appreciated.
