Dear Sanetters:

Following are additional short-term opportunities to work with Peace Corps
Volunteers (as a Farmer to Farmer Volunteer) and their communities conducting
workshops or on-site informal training. Remember: all expenses and travel are
paid for but there is no salary. Applicants must have at least 5 years
relevant experience, but no language requirements. Please call Matt Zimmerman

Mauritania: 3 projects - animal traction (Oct - Nov.); forestry research (Nov.
- Dec.); and soil erosion (Nov. - Dec.)

Fiji: Commercialization of tilapia production (will start sometime in Oct. or
Nov.).

El Salvador: Livestock Veterinarian (Nov. - ?).

Ecuador: Paper and plastic recycling (Nov. - ?).

Ecuador: Livestock nutrition (Nov. or Dec.?).

We are still looking for candidates for the dryland vegetable production
project in Cape Verde and post-harvest handling/marketing (corn, beans,
fruits, and vegetables) project in Ecuador - both to go in Sept.
