USDA Farm Report to Feature SARE on Satellite

The USDA's Office of Communications will feature the Sustainable
Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) program on its satellite
broadcast program on Thursday, Aug. 22 at 3:45 p.m. EST. Interviewees
expected to air on the 15-minute segment are Rob Myers, SARE director, and
Tom Trantham, chairman of SARE's Southern Region administrative council. A
film crew traveled to South Carolina to tape Trantham, a dairyman who
switched from a conventional to a rotational grazing operation with
considerable success.
