participate in the operation of a dairy farm in the context of a therapeutic
community for the rehabilitation of poeple with mental illness. Duties include
milking a small herd of cows, growing winter feed, and helping other staff to
incorporate residents in various work activities throughout the year. Intensive
grazing and dirversification are important components of the future of this
farm. Participation in community life is equally important and expected.
