I'm forwarding your post to Joanna Campe and Remineralize the Earth
foundation.

She has collections of research papers on results of soil remineralization
that may include mineral analyses. You might also check published USDA
nutritional analyses over the past several decades as fewer organic methods
were used on farms. I believe that you will see a decline in nutrients and an
increase in antinutrients in many crops. I do not know if this is partly an
artifact of testing techniques. It would seem if older and presumably cruder
testing techniques found something and latter, resumably more accurate,
techniques found little or nothing, that the decline in soil and switch from
organic methods are implicated. Admittedly, this is just informed
speculation. I'd like to see a copy of your final report, if possible (we
might publish it if you wished and we liked it) and I'm sure that Joanna will
be interested. Her email is ReminEarth
