My name is ARAKI.
I am a Government Official of the Ministry of Agriculture,Forestry &
Fisheries of Japan. My office is located in Tokyo.
I am working for the Extension & Education Division of the Ministry.
Now we are researching foreign countries extension systems and activities.
I went to Cornell University and UC Davis in March thsi year for this
research.
Next February we are planning to visit French Extension Organization
and German Extension Organization for the same purpose.
I do not suppose you could let me know the names and E-mail addresses of
contact persons of Extension department of French government & Germany
Government and other extension organization in the two countries, could you?
