Farm bill conservation compliance satellite

Cooperative Extension, the Consolidated Farm Services Agency and the Natural
Resources Conservation Service announce the third in a series of satellite
teleconferences on the new farm bill programs. The 1996 FAIRA Conservation
Program Update will be broadcast 8-10 a.m. on Nov. 22.

Speakers will address critical changes in U.S. Department of Agriculture
cost share programs, program name changes, conservation compliance and where
to get help in complying with provisions of the new farm bill.

Presenters will answer phoned and faxed questions at the end of the
broadcast. Toll-free numbers will be announced during the broadcast.

The broadcast can be viewed by setting satellite dishes to
C Band, Telestar 401,
Channel 17,
downlink frequency of 4040 vertical.

A test pattern will begin at 7:45 a.m.
