Friends-
As one raised on a multigenerational, "conventional", potato/dairy farm, who
has gone on to play leadership roles in the establishment of groups such as
the Maine Organic Farmers & Gardeners Association (with substantial
assistance from Univ. of Maine Cooperative Extension...back in 1972!?!), the
Maine Wild Blueberry Growers' Coop, and the National Coalition Against the
Misuse of Pesticides...
And as one who has been a creatively critical volunteer for cooperative
extension for 20 years (working with a broad spectrum of generally wonderful
volunteers and staff), and who has chosen to to actually work as an
extensionist in this decade...
I think I can relate to most of the folks who utilize SANet across the
paradigm istic spectrum...

We ALL have things to learn from each other, BUT HAVE TO EXERCISE SOME
SELF-RESTRAINT AND CULTIVATE AN ON-LINE CULTURE OF CIVILITY AND RESPECT FOR
DIVERSE PERSPECTIVES IN ORDER TO DO SO!!!

Please, let's get back on track & stop the personal invective! We ALL have
a piece of the problem AND the solutions...
