Hello to all...
While doing a little SAS programming tonight I was reading old agronomy
journals and came across an article related to the current thread on how
management practices effect food quality.
The article is a lit review titled "The effect of fertilizers on the
quality of vegetables" The author is M T. Vittum and the journal is
Agronomy Journal, Vol 55 Number 5 Sep-Oct 1963.
