Tom, you are mistaken about biogas and ethanol. They can be economically
produced if done right.

OK Dan show me. Forget your philosophical sciolisms and your
platitudes.Pull out your plans show me the working small scale ethanol
plants for producing fuel and then produce your economics.
When we were building digesters in the 60's and 70's some of my students
would bring in Morther Earth news- after reading it and trying to
reporduce some of the recommendations, they quickly renamed the
publication Mother's magazine of misinformation.
Your use of the ethanol question to go off on an ediltorial tangent on the
problems in the Phillipines and the cane industry is a poerfect example of
the misdirection which does little to anwer Rick's orginial question with
any integrety6 and honesty and also does not do the situation in the
Phiulllipines any net benefit since it is only there in the sensational
part
Perchance, have I seen Mother Earth News in ghe grocery store on the rack
next to the Enquirer?
