I grow gooseberries and currants and would like to find a method or process
to concentrate the juice. I can extract juice pretty well, but would like to
concentrate it prior to freezing or canning. I would like to avoid boiling
or cooking if possible to preverve the vitamins and minerals. I am looking
for a method suitable for small growers or home owners.
