I would be interested in seeing summaries of reports based on
independent studies (not ones commissioned by the government, the grocery
lobby, or other interested groups) that show how WIC or the Food Stamp
program has significantly improved the nutritional health of America's
youth, or even all persons in the poverty group it was supposed to help.
