Dear Sanet The Northeast Organic Farming Association of New Jersey lists sewage sludge as a prohibited substance. Are there certifying agencies which permit it? I am pointing this out because the previous message "Federal Sludge-Labelling Bill", mentioned that " "organic" crops can be grown on field where sludge from major cities has been dumped".
